The carpets should be vacuumed more thoroughly before guest arrivals!!! Maintenance must address issues like squeaky doors and malfunctioning fixtures promptly!!! The air conditioning noise really disrupts the atmosphere in the rooms!!!

Request a room on a higher floor to avoid noise from the air conditioning unit. This can significantly improve your sleep quality.

Though well located, some rooms feel cramped and suffer from noise interruptions. Maintenance issues like slow WiFi and unclean bathrooms impact the stay experience.

The interior design fuses historical charm with modern elegance, featuring stunning lead-glass ceilings and Venetian mirrors in the dining area. Breakfast offers an impressive selection, from hot dishes to cereals and freshly prepared omelettes, catering to various tastes and dietary needs.

Rooms tend to be on the smaller side, feeling cramped, especially when accommodating multiple guests without much space for luggage. The breakfast buffet can experience delays in restocking, leaving dishes occasionally depleted during peak times, which hinders the overall dining experience. Some areas, like the lobby, seem to be in need of a refresh to match the quality of the refurbished guest rooms.

The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport. My room was clean and well-furnished. Breakfast offered a diverse range of options. Staff were friendly and attentive. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others. 😊

During my stay, the breakfast menu was excellent, and I loved the ambience in the bar with the piano player, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of walking almost 2 km to St Stephen's Basilica and just over 2 km to Heroes' Square. so whether you want to stroll through the park or admire beautiful architecture, everything was close by and easy to explore on foot.

I stayed in a cozy room with a fantastic breakfast spread that had a delightful selection. It was a treat to have such comfortable, clean accommodations overall! I'd definitely choose this place again.
